Tavern Guardians is an upcoming hack-and-slash played in the style of a match-three, and it's coming to iOS early next year.Tavern Guardians is an action/puzzler (it actually borders a few genres) in which your enemies occupy and advance through tiles on the board in front of you. Your job is to make sure they don't reach you - by killing them, duh.It may not look impressive at first but there's a ton of stuff packed into this game, from four different guardians, different abilities, and different weapons, to ever-changing and clever gameplay. With 60 items and 50 enemies, replayability is a strong factor here.Read more about Tavern Guardians on their forum page here. The game's so far slated for a Q1 2017 release - possibly around February or March.
